Phineas and Ferb Series: Candace

Hi Everyone! So it's week 3 of the P&F series, and its Candace's turn. She is probably my faveourite character in the show apart from Perry (coming next week, yay!). Candace is your typical high strung teenager, intent upon "busting" her brothers and having a successful date with her boyfriend, Jeremy (usually simultaneously). Enjoy!

I began by applying Urban Decay Primer Potion all over the lid and under the lower lashes also.

Taking Barry M Dazzledust in 39 on a flat shader brush and applied this all over the lid and a little bit under the lower lashes (sorry forgot to take pic). This is a gorgeous metallic tan colour, I'd never used it before and it's gorgeous. Don't you love finding little gems like this that have been shoved in the rejected make-up drawer by mistake?

Now on a stiff blending brush I took another Dazzledust, this time #77 and applied this in the crease and up towards the eyebrow. I also took some of this under the lower lashes. I love how orange eyeshadow looks with blue eyes.

For an inner corner highlight I used Shroom by Mac on a small shader brush. I also took a little bit of my La Femme blush in Rose Chiffon and applied it in the outer corner for an unexpected pop of colour.

I used my Rimmel Glam'Eyes Liquid Liner to create a subtle-ish line on my lashline. You may make it thinner of thicker, doesnt really matter.

At this stage I applied my foundation and concealer and filled in my brows with Catrice eyeshadow in Starlight Espresso (shock horror). I also used Avon Super Enchant Mascara.

Ardell 102 lashes , et voila!

Phineas and Ferb Series: Ferb

Hi Everyone! Time for the second look of this series, this time its Ferb. I mainly went with the colours that he wears (green, purple, cream) because they're just lovely. Ferb is a semi-mute genius of a little boy who is a sort of constant presence in the show but might only get one line in an episode, the poor pet. Well hope you enjoy!

As per usual, I started by applying urban Decay Primer Potion all over the lid.

On a flat shader, I applied INGLOT 17, a shimmery moss green all over the lid. I'd never used this colour before, I couldn't believe how lovely it was.

On a stiff blender I picked up Catrice eyeshadow in 370 Don't Lie Lac! and applied this into the crease and under the lower lashes, blending out with a fluffy blending brush.

On a short shader brush I took some INGLOT 351 and placed this under the eyebrow and into the inner corner.

To add some depth to the outer corner I used INGLOT 63 on a pointed crease brush and blended it out through the lower lashes.

I ran GOSH Velvet Touch Eyeliner in Woody Green along the top and bottom waterline and rimmel Glam Eyes Liquid Liner along the top lashline quite thickly.

rimmel Scandaleyes Mascara and Ardell 134 lashes (sure why not?)And some silver glitter liner along the bottom. Et voila!

Phineas and Ferb Series: Phineas

Hi Everyone! So you may laugh and think Im a bit sad, but I absolutely adore this cartoon. Dont ask me how I came to start watching it, but I think I've seen every single episode. So if you have a soft spot for children's TV, defo give this show a go, its hilarious. Im going to do make-up looks based on some of the main characters, using their colours and personalities as inspiration. So to start this off, I'm doing Phineas, he's fun, smart and just a happy-go-lucky kid that everyone loves. Im not entirely happy with the finished look, I think its a little too dark for Phineas, as he's always happy and kind, he doesnt have a dark side like some of the other characters do, but I like the look overall, I think the combination of the orange and navy is really pretty. Kay, let's get started!

I began by applying Urban Decay Primer Potion in Eden all over the lid with my ringfinger. I also filled in my brows with Catrice eyeshadow in Starlight Espresso.

For an inner corner and browbone highlight, I used Inglot 351 on a flat shader brush. Don't be afraid to get this colour right next to the bridge of your nose, it really brightens up the eye.

On the same brush, I took Inglot 407, an orange shimmer with a golden peach duochrome. I packed this on all over the lid and into the crease. I blended the edges carefully with a large blending brush.

On an angled brush, I took Inglot 428 and lined the whole eye with it, winging it out in the outer corner and taking it to a small point in the inner corner. I blended away the edges and applied the colour again. Just keep applying and blending until you get the finish you're happy with.

I ran Catrice black pencil liner on the top and bottom waterline and applied a few coats of Bourjois Volume mascara.

For lashes I used Ardell 102 Demi's. And that's it! Simples!
